Professor Mahir Bilen Can will be visiting the Department of Mathematics/NOVA Math of NOVA FCT, between May and August 2024, under the Fulbright US Scholar Program, working in the project entitled “Incidence Monoids”.

Professor Mahir Bilen Can is a Full Professor of Mathematics at Tulane University of Louisiana, School of Science and Engineering, Department of Mathematics, developing research mainly focused in Algebra.
