Ghulam Khan, NOVA Math member and PhD student of the PhD Program in Mathematics, supervised by Magda Rebelo, from the Analysis Research Group, has been awarded the Best Student Paper Award at the 13th IFAC Conference on Fractional Differentiation and Its Applications (ICFDA 2025).

The award was given for the paper entitled “A spline collocation method with modified graded meshes for a class of singular fractional differential equations.”
